AUP ( Acceptable Usage Policy)

Uebuhost doesn't monitor what you do on your server, as long as it abides by these guidelines :

• No outgoing E-mail spam or anything that will upset Spamhaus
• Child porn
• Drugs or weapon stores or such
• Terrorism or promoting hate speech in any form.
• Mass Mailing on our service
• Spamhaus - Spam Causing Blacklisting of an IP at www.spamhaus.org for Malicious Activity
• DoS Source - Source of Denial of Service Attack
• Tor exit relays and those types of services are fine, so long as you don't exceed your monthly bandwidth.
• Anything that interferes with our infrastructure or our clients is barred.
• Uploading copyrighted works directly to the server is prohibited. The referencing from other hosts is however allowed.

Any person not respecting these rules will be banned from Uebuhost without any refund.

Any complaint request from international authorities dealing with any of these issues will be handled for Uebuhost and we will send all necessary information to the authorities (IP/ Email/ Password/ Files/ Addresses/ Database).
