Purpose

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and OldNick Technologies, doing business as Uebuhost ("Uebuhost", “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the http://uebuhost.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Use at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these Terms of Use, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms of Use to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Terms of Use by your continued use of the Site after the date such revised Terms of Use are posted.

The information provided on the Site is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Uebuhost is not liable for data loss or corruption caused by any of the following: I our allowed activities, (ii) acts you take while using the Services, (iii) hardware problems, or (iv) any software or other technical problems.

 

Methods of Assistance

 

Generally, assistance. The support we provide is included in the price of the service. We do not charge for responding to technical support tickets, phone calls, or LiveChat messages, but we do require that you adhere to the terms of this Support Policy and our other Policies when using this Service.

 

Tickets for Technical Support. This is our major source of help. Almost EVERY problem will need you to submit a problem ticket. This is our preferred option since it enables us to trace concerns through resolution and allows us sufficient time to evaluate and study concerns thoroughly. Please avoid submitting several tickets for the same issue, as this just adds to the confusion. If you need to update information on an existing ticket, please do so via the support system or by responding to the ticket email.

 

LiveChat. On our website, you may access LiveChat by clicking the Live Help icon. This enables you to contact one of our staff instantly. Due to the nature of live chat, our objective is to collect all pertinent information and initiate a support request on your behalf. Our team is committed to resolving issues properly and expeditiously.

 

Phone. If you do suffer a service disruption, we urge that you contact our support team immediately to report the issue. Our customer service representatives will work with you to remedy the issue. We recognise the value of your time and make every effort to prevent any live troubleshooting of difficulties. Our team will elicit as much information as possible from you during your call and will initiate a ticket on your behalf. We would be delighted to call you back if you offer a call back number, or if no call back number is supplied, we will attempt to contact you using the phone number linked with your account.

 

Relationships with Customers

 

We make every effort to offer you with competent, polite, and technically correct help. While we appreciate how infuriating technological difficulties can be, we ask that you treat us with respect in return. Our ultimate objective is the same: to provide accurate help in a timely manner. If you believe you have been treated unfairly or have any grievances, you may contact us to speak directly with a supervisor.
