Returns policy

• Uebuhost.com offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on all shared hosting and virtual private server (VPS) services.
• It is no longer possible to receive a full refund, a partial refund, or a prorated refund after 7 days have passed from the date of your first order.
• There are no refunds available for payments made in Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies.

Policy regarding cancellations

• You have the right to cancel your order or subscription with Uebuhosy at any point in time. If a client wishes to terminate their account, they can do so by sending us an email or by initiating a new case with our support team. It is important to note that cancelling a hosting account causes the website's data to be removed from the Uebuhost servers, thus customers should make a duplicate of any files they wish to save before cancelling the hosting account.
